Maher Zain (born 1982) is a Swedish singer and music producer of Lebanese origin. His first album 'Thank You Allah' of 13 tracks and two bonus songs was released on 1 November 2009. His music videos on Youtube have collectively gained more than 4 million views.
Maher Zain was born in 1982 in Lebanon. His family moved to Sweden when Maher was only eight, where he continued his schooling. Maher got his first keyboard when he was ten. He later entered university and got a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering.[1] During his teenage years, he liked to spend late nights at school with his friends where they would sing, rap, compose and experiment with music in every way.[1
