At least 50 people have been killed after days of torrential rains triggered flooding and landslides in central and southern China and officials fear the situation will worsen as a major dam threatenes to burst. The Wenquan reservoir in northwestern Qinghai province was on Sunday holding three times more water than its safe capacity, state-run Xinhua news agencysaid.
